My actual state of residence is a New York State of mind, but being herded along to &quot;one of those big square states,&quot; like Idaho, :) was what the song put me in mind of for some reason.</description>

		<description>Speaking of dogies, this little stray shouldn&#039;t go uncommented on, so I&#039;ll say that I doubtless saw this worthy film on black and white t.v. at some point as a kid, and much later at least skimmed Richard White&#039;s 1991 book on the American West, and I never made the connection between the wry book title and the clever song lyric.  It&#039;s off to Idaho for me, I guess.</description>
