		<description>As I said to my accountant several times this year I have always been very aware of whether or not taxes were being withheld from any of my outside contracts. It was a no- brainer. Geithner does look like a deer in the headlight at times. Grandoc Dartmouth 60.</description>

And yet . . . .  The thing about Geithner is that he&#039;s not, say, the head of NOAA.  I could see being an excellent climatologist and a tax cheat.  (Although even there, couldn&#039;t they find one who was as good and honest?)

But nominating a tax cheat to run the TREASURY?  To be the ultimate boss of the IRS?  Hello?  I&#039;ll bet even his mother is sitting back and blinking a bit.</description>
